Dolphin Feeding –
The highlight of any stay is the opportunity to interact closely with nature. Each evening the Tangalooma Dolphins eagerly swim up to the beach, adjacent to the well-lit jetty, where they are hand fed fresh fish by our Marine biologists, their staff and Resort guests. Whether you are feeding the Dolphins or simply watching from the jetty stadium, the experience is unforgettable.

Whale Watch Cruise – From mid June through to the end of October, the waters surrounding Moreton Island offer the perfect Whale Watching experience. Being the closest point from Brisbane to see these gentle giants, Moreton Island is central to the migratory track of the increasing numbers of Humpback Whales that travel up and down the East Coast of Australia each year. During the migration season, up to six thousand humpback whales migrate past Moreton Island, allowing the opportunity to see these remarkable creatures up close. You might also be lucky enough to see dolphins, turtles and a number of sea birds as part of our awe inspiring Whale Watch Cruises.
Dugong, Dolphin & Turtle Eco Cruise –
Journey along the coastline in search of dolphins, dugongs, green sea turtles, sea cucumbers, stingrays and more! Our purpose built catamaran provides unobstructed views of Moreton Bay’s intriguing marine life. You will be fully informed by a commentary by a biologist from Tangalooma’s Marine Education Centre.
